Start by making your bedroom a sleep only zone. Stop checking emails and watching movies in bed.

Start building a habit of not doing anything in the bedroom that focuses your mind on being awake. Get up go to the living room and check your emails their.
Start building this habit and see your sleep patterns become better and let’s get rid of insomnia
This is good advice – too bad I don’t always follow it!

It’s quite easy if you concentrate on doing it just keep all tech equipment out and don’t blog or do social media on the bed. Just try and establish a habit
